Massage Therapy
Chandler Kniffin, LMT MLD-C
Chandler Kniffin is a licensed massage therapist in Charleston, SC, specializing in therapeutic massage, pain relief, and manual lymphatic drainage. He is certified in manual lymphatic
drainage and focuses on results-driven bodywork designed to improve mobility, reduce inflammation, and support overall recovery.
A Charleston native, Chandler grew up on James Island and enjoys spending time at Folly Beach—whether surfing or simply resting by the water.
Before entering the field of massage therapy, Chandler built a diverse professional background, including owning a pressure washing business and serving as a Detention Deputy with the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office. During his time in law enforcement, he sustained a serious wrist injury that required multiple surgeries and resulted in permanent nerve damage. This experience ultimately led him to develop a deep understanding of injury, recovery, and the body’s ability to heal.
Through his own rehabilitation journey, Chandler gained a strong appreciation for therapeutic bodywork and its role in pain management and physical recovery. He went on to pursue formal training at the Carolina School of Bodywork, where he developed a passion for clinical, outcome-based massage therapy.
Chandler’s approach goes beyond relaxation—he specializes in helping clients manage chronic pain, recover from injuries, improve circulation, and restore movement through customized massage therapy sessions. His work is ideal for clients seeking targeted treatment, including lymphatic drainage, post-injury recovery, and performance-based bodywork.
Committed to ongoing education, Chandler continues to expand his expertise through advanced training to better serve his clients and stay at the forefront of therapeutic massage techniques.
Outside of the treatment room, Chandler enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with his children—his greatest accomplishment.
