Dr. Erin Passow is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years experience working with adult individuals and couples. She received her BA degree in Sociology from Clemson University. After graduating, Erin spent several years counseling adults with disabilities in Northern Virginia before deciding to pursue her studies in Clinical Psychology.
Her interest in Western and Eastern modalities of psychotherapy led her to The California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco where she earned her Doctorate Degree. Erin’s additional graduate training at The Jung Institute of San Francisco deepened her commitment to a holistic, relational, and growth-oriented approach to treating patients. Her clinical research has focused on patients’ experience of combining psychotherapy with complimentary alternative modalities such as acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage therapy.
Erin has recently relocated to the Charleston area and is enjoying building her practice and collaborating with other holistic practitioners, in particular, the team at Khouri Chiropractic and Health Solutions. She works with a diverse clientele of individuals who encompass a wide range of ages, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientation, and professions.
Erin works to help her patients:
- better understand their thoughts, feelings, and relationships with others
- facilitate connections between past experiences and present day behaviors
- cultivate self-acceptance, inner strength, agency, and ability to make healthier choices
- become increasingly comfortable with who they really are and what they really want.
